It’s a chance to explore how your body holds and responds to stress and tension while learning more about the somatic approach. We begin with a collaborative conversation to understand your needs and goals, followed by gentle body-awareness practices to help you tune into physical sensations and patterns in a way that feels safe and manageable. This consultation is an opportunity to experience this work, ask questions, and determine if it’s the right fit for you—at no cost.
