THE LINK Massage Therapy

This 2-hour session blends 30 minutes of Somatic Experiencing with 90 minutes of massage therapy to support both your body and nervous system.

We begin with gentle, body-focused somatic work to help your system settle, build awareness, and lay the groundwork for deeper connection. From there, we transition into massage to support regulation, integration, and rest.

Massage after somatic work helps bridge the gap between mind and body, grounding shifts and promoting a sense of wholeness. It allows your system to fully process at its own pace.

Somatic work is intuitive and guided by your body—so while we aim for a 30/90 split, this may shift slightly. Sometimes extra time is needed to allow a nervous system cycle to complete before moving into massage. Other times, your body may be ready to rest sooner, allowing for longer hands-on work.

This session is ideal for those feeling stuck, disconnected, or seeking more than massage alone.

The Integration Sessions are for ongoing support, exploration, and addressing patterns of stress and tension. These sessions help build on what was introduced in the Foundations Session, offering deeper engagement with how your body holds and processes stress over time.
